Whatever I lack in energy these days, these two brothers sure made up for it. I’m not talking the run-around, crazy kiddo kind of energy. These cuties were full of life and excitement and appreciation for everything we explored today.
Thought I’d post this last one just for C man, the animal lover. This was our “friend” during the shoot today. He was the tamest, cutest little rodent I had ever seen:

This last one really appealled to me for some reason. It is SUCH the picture of motherhood and how I feel most of the time. Life with little kids is a blur. It’s hectic. It’s fun. It’s unpredictable. It’s a new definition of beautiful.
Look at these cutie pies I got to hang out with this morning.
Such a fun time and I just loved how bright and colorful this house was. It made me happy. 
Oh, this little one was sooooooo adorable! I don’t know what it is, though, but lately, I’ve had a whole string of wide awake newborns. Baby girl didn’t fall asleep once…but we can pretend she did.

Really. He was so easy-going and put up with pretty much anything. 6 mos. old and will probably be walking very soon (if he isn’t already). Isn’t that painting super cool????!!! When I saw it, I *knew* we had to use it somehow.
His big brother and big sister are sooooooooo good with him. I was amazed!
And then…he actually went to sleep. I told his mama this *never* happens to me on non-newborns. Oh, we had a lot of fun with these sleepy poses.

I’ve been a posting fool as of late, but now, I get a short break in sessions (whew!). So, I’m going to hide away and catch up on LOTS of proofing. See you in a bit!
A family like this makes a photo session seem so effortless. I love how they interact with one another. I love how calm mom and dad are. I love how adorable the kiddos are. This was my first time getting to work with little man, but you might remember his parents and little sis…
