Everything about it.
The subjects, the colors, the interaction, the play, the connections. All of it. I have to say I was the teensiest bit nervous going into this one because this wasn’t my first time with these cuties. Last summer I visited them at their home (I was about 5 months preggo at the time). I’m always afraid I’ll lose that spontaneity when going back to same place with the same people. And of course, my first session with them was so awesome…could we possibly do that again? Turns out, it’s the kids who make the session and yes, they were just as awesome and beautiful, although they grew like crazy over the past year, didn’t they?

I really love all the shots. However, the one with the mom cuddled in on the boy… him looking at camera… OH MY!! Mom’s expression in that shot makes my heart ACHE!! She has that mom/love expression that just makes me want to weep. Beautiful!!!

The photo of Momma and the bare bum is perfect…I can feel the love there. And the photo with Momma ‘inhaling’ her son’s love is absolutely perfect. What a gift you’ve given her….I aspire to capture this quality…Cheers to you!
