I don’t even know if I can type it out without tearing up. She is 6 months old. 6 months. One half of one year has gone by since that wonderful day when she came into our lives. Sure, I’ve been a little sad each time I realized my kids are growing up, but with her…well, I can’t even bear to think about how fast this amazing time with her is going by. I don’t even have the words to say how connected I am to her and how much she is loved. Happy Half Birthday, Sweet Amr-o! (By the way…do not adjust your screen…yes, there is a little blue spot on the bridge of her nose. I guess it’s a birth mark of sorts. It’s been there forever. I’ve always photoshopped it out, but I’ve decided to just leave her perfect, just the way she is.).

Oh….. it’s going way to fast… She’s so adorable Michele! Mine is two, potty training and learned to swim last week on vacation. It’s killing me, as he’s our only baby, and we both cherish every day, and practically mourn at how fast it goes.

Happy 1/2 Birthday Amry! Cassie is turning 1 in less than two weeks and I can hardly believe it. It seems like just yesterday you were taking her newborn photos at our place! Sigh….time sure does fly by!

awwwww! She is such a beauty! My son Zack had a similar mark on him for about 3-4 years and as he grew it just magically went away. Seeing hers makes me think how cute I used to think Zack’s was and how much it bothered me when people would comment about whether or not I was going to “do” anything about it. LOL! ;)

Parker has a blue spot too (I guess it is a vein!?) on the left side of his nose right at his eye. I always PS it too but my husband told me not to cause that it just him! He made me feel bad for doing it before! People always think it is a bruise and ask me what happened! Happy 1/2 Bday! It goes by too quick!

Michele ~ she is GORGEOUS just like her mommy!! Thank you for opening up your world and sharing your precious kiddos with us. My oldest son had the same blue vein across the bridge of his nose, except his was much much bigger. Everyone used to comment on it too and it used to bother me, but then I had two more babies that everyone felt the need to comment on. Fisher is now almost 10 years old and his blue vein is long gone. I kinda miss that vein. AND every other “imperfection” that comes from the land of babies. Imperfectly perfect, I like to say. Much love to you and sweet baby girl on her 1/2 b-day!

Happy six months my little grandlamb!!!!! You are the most absolutely perfect addition to our family and to my growing list of grandchildren – no, no hidden announcements so don’t panic. This little goddess couldn’t be more perfect – Michele, do not every photoshop out her beauty mark. It makes her who she is. I love everything about her – her mom, her brothers and her dad and her auntie. She is truly a gift from God and a real blessing in our lives.

beautiful shot — love her thumb sucking! And the birth mark — my oldest has the SAME thing. somedays its super obvious, other days I don’t even see it…strangest thing..Hailey’s is actually a bit larger though..and seriously?! didn’t you JUST have her?!?!? crazy how fast the time is flying!!!
