PINKLE TOES PHOTOGRAPHY: at last (Austin Newborn Photographer)
I’ve always wanted to do these kind of squishy newborn-propped-up-on-the-arms pics, but I’ve *never* been able to pull it off. It takes a lot of patience for sure. But, my little angel let me do this today and I’m giddy! You know what really struck me, though? How much she’s filled out in just a few days. She’s getting that heavenly layer of baby fat. It’s so amazing how quickly they change at this age! You’d think this was my first baby or something. Or perhaps it’s because I know how fast it goes by and I don’t want to miss/forget a second of it.

I love them! I have that blanket in blue for both my boys when they were little and i wish i had this hobby when my boys were younger!

it does all go by too fast. it’s so beautiful to witness the love you have for your little girl – it’s heartwarming. isn’t motherhood just the best thing ever? awww. now i want another one…

She’s absolutely beautiful! I have to say it made me feel better to know the baby-on-the-arms pose is challenging for others too, because I’ve tried to do it half a dozen times with no success. I keep hoping for that magically sleepy newborn to come into the studio. You do amazing work, thanks for sharing!

Wow. These look really adorable! I like how you can still see her little peeling skin on her hands. She’s still really new! :) What lens did you use for these shots? I really like the look you got. They are very intimate close ups. I love them!
