Before we had our 3rd, my Eli was feeling the same way. I really played up the fact that he was the ONLY one that was going to be a BIG brother AND a LITTLE brother!!!! I'm in love with fabric like that. I can't wait to see the purple couch now. I'm sad that we won't be seeing any more of the purple but I guess it did it's job in purple already :) I'm sorry your littlest one is having a hard time with everything. I'm sure its a really rough time for the youngest no longer being the youngest. My sister was born when I was 8 and I remember feeling pretty left out because I was the only child and now all attention was on her. I guess it's pretty normal though to feel that way.
