our.zoo.

Gee. I’m not married to a science teacher or anything. The animals are home for the summer. From left to right, top to bottom, meet:
Sumo - the pacman frog; he’ll grow to be about 6 in in diameter someday.
Pat - albino bull snake. he’s a sweetie pie.
The Scorps - 2 emporer scorpions
Shaniqua and Oreo - axolotls
koi - no names; they just are
Poncho - bearded dragon (he’s quite a character and my fav pet of all)
Storm - Siberian Husky
Kona (not pictured) - Also a Siberian Husky who didn’t want to be photographed ;-)
It takes the hubs and the boys about 30 min. to feed all of the creatures every morning. The boys just LOVE it! They are such big helpers and so fascinated by all the different ways they eat.

Oh no! Too much for me! Yeah you need some sugar and spice!

Oh my goodness! How do you do it?! I don’t think I’d be able to sleep with any of those in my house- especially the scorpions! Well, the Huskies and fish would be fine…. :)

Hee hee. I pretty much get whatever else I want, so it all works out in the wash. ;-)

You are very brave. I thought it was pushing it when I allowed my daughter to bring home a leftover crayfish from a school project as a pet!! ;o)

I too love all the angles of the animals.

phew…I thought they were all yours! I have no problem with any of those animals. I used to have an Iguana, and snake at one point too! Love the collage. It will be a great memory of their summer with the critters.

Oh, no. They’re ours. They just spend most of their days at school.

Uhm, I hate to admit we killed a scorpion in our house the first week we moved to Texas. And by “we” I mean my husband. White faced, hammer and garbage bag holdin husband ;) I love it that your dogs name is Kona…that’s where we got married!

I feel your pain, L. I’ve actually been stung 7 times…we used to have a big scorpion problem in our house. But this year…nothing and I’m not cryin’ about it.

Ack! The scorpion freaked me out….(though he/she is a beautiful blue color!)
